Yoga classes (in-person in Calgary and online). At Yoga Essence we have general and specialized Yoga classes, e.g. Kids Yoga, Pre-Post Natal Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathing practices) etc.
At Yoga Essence we have classes for different age groups and needs. This calendar shows the currently ongoing classes.
