We do yoga the yogic way.

Yoga is not just workout for us, nor it is a tool for meditation. It is both.

Find below a testimony from one of our trainees that does quite some justice in explaining our philosophy. We are happy to see our efforts getting realized in more or less the same fashion we intend to.

"To be frank I always underestimated yoga! I was a fan of running and frantic exercise, and thought that these two, if done properly, apparently provide all sorts of exercise and stimulation to the body.

But just a few days of yoga with Yoga Essence proved how ignorant I was. Yoga, without any doubt, opens another dimension for your body to experience. The different asanas (poses) when done properly at the right pace with the right breathing rhythm, tone the body in a completely different way as compared to other cardio and exercises. And this is where Yoga Essence excel! They make you do yoga in the real yogic way. Doing yoga with them has taught me how something can be both strenuous and relaxing at the same time. That too, it's relaxing not only for the body, but for the mind as well .

And the icing on the cake is the essential inclusion of pranayama (breathing practices) by them in routine yoga. When you feel a different kind of strength in your body that is not just muscular but also has the components of endurance and flexibility, it feels nothing less than magic. Yoga is cool, and so are Yoga Essence! They have a unique relaxing way of teaching, their instructions are crisp and clear and their organization of asanas and pranayama in every class is very meticulous."
